Titanoboa

Titanoboa was a monster sized snake that could grow over 40¬†feet long making it the biggest snake to ever live. It’s closest relative living today is Anaconda. Scientists believe it preyed on large rodents up to one ton crocodiles and even Smilodon, the saber tooth cat. If roaming the ground wasn’t enough, Titanoboa could also swim and climb.

Having fish-hook like teeth, Titanoboa could snare it’s prey. Although Titanoboa and the Tyrannosaurus Rex did not live in the same time period, the battle chances between them are 50/50.

Titanoboa was a huge snake that could do lots of amazing things. I think it’s a really cool discovery and I hope you do too.
